Altitude Intelligence (“we,” “us”) operates this website and engages with healthcare providers on payer rate analytics. This page describes what information we collect when you visit altitudeintel.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, request a gated resource, or book a call, we collect the information you provide directly. Depending on the form, that may include your name, organization, role, email, optional phone number, requested resource, and the details of what you're working on. We also record the page associated with a form submission.

We use that information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, understand interest in our services and tools, and, when appropriate, follow up on an engagement. Downloading a resource does not subscribe you to marketing email.

The website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic and performance measurement. Neither collects personally identifying information, and neither uses third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell or rent inquiry or resource-request information. Service providers that support our CRM, email, website hosting, analytics, and scheduling may process information on our behalf only to provide those services.

Data retention

Contact submissions may be retained in our CRM and email systems, while gated resource requests are retained in our CRM. We keep these submissions for as long as needed to fulfill the request, maintain the conversation, or support an active engagement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@altitudeintel.com.
